CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The Organising Committee invites all delegates to submit abstract(s) for the congress.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDLINES
- All abstracts must be submitted in English and be of not more than 250 words in Microsoft Word format. The abstract title, the author(s) or names of institutions are not included in the count of 250 words.
- Abstract Specification: Paper Size: A4: Portrait, Font: 11-point size, Arial.
- The title should be in BOLD CAPITALS. Do not centralise.
- Authors' names to be listed as follows: Family names in UPPER CASE, followed by given names in Title Case, without using full-stops. The presenter’s name is to be underlined.
- Authors' institutions, cities and countries should be listed on the next line.
- The text of the abstract must include section headings such as “Objectives”, “Materials and Methods”, “Results” and “Conclusion”. The section headings should appear in bold.
- Please do not include tables, graphs, and images in the abstract.
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend or change any part of the submission guidelines.
- An automated acknowledgement email will be sent to the Author’s email address upon submission. If you did not receive the acknowledgement receipt, kindly contact secretariat@sohnss.org.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Presenting author will be responsible to submit the abstract.
- All presenting authors must be paid registrants of 2025 Singapore ENT-HNS Congress by 15 March 2025. Presenting authors who did not purchase their congress passes by 15 March 2025 will be excluded from the programme.
- The Scientific Committee will review the submissions. A notification of acceptance will be sent to the presenter.
- Submission of abstract constitutes the author’s consent to have their accepted abstracts presented during the congress.
- All abstracts related to ENT are welcome.

- Abstract Prizes: 1st Prize: SGD 500.00, 2nd Prize: SGD 300.00, 3rd Prize 100.00
