Speech and Myofunctional Therapist
g2G Myofunctional Therapy Singapore Her first degree was in Real Estate with the National University of Singapore. She decided on a mid-career switch and entered into the early childhood education space in 2004, graduating with a degree in Childhood and Family Education with Edith Cowen University in Perth, Australia. Subsequently, she received an advance diploma in early intervention in children with special needs which gradually led her to Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia in 2014 where she graduated with a Masters in Speech Pathology. Upon returning to Singapore, she honed her skills as a Speech Therapist at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital’s Child Development Unit, serving children with specials needs for 2 years. After that, she transited into private practice, serving mainly children with autism, but in a homebased setting. She started my journey as a Myofunctional Therapist in 2020, and went back to Australia to train with the Australian Association of Orofacial Myology. She started her own practice in 2022, providing both Speech and Myofunctional Therapy, serving patients from as young as 2 years old to her current oldest patient at 82 years old.
