I am Makara Chin, an ENT-Head & Neck Surgeon and Head of the ENT Department at Preah Ang Duong Hospital. I completed my Bachelor of Medical Sciences at the University of Health Sciences (UHS) in 2013 and my ENT specialization in 2017. I further trained in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery at Jikei University, Japan, and Head & Neck Oncology at TUTH, Nepal.
As a lecturer in ENT residency training at UHS and International University, I actively contribute to medical education. I am also a member of the Cambodia Society of ENT-Head & Neck Surgery, the Asian Rhinologic Society, Asian Skull Base Surgery and the ASEANRhino Regional Scientific Committee.
 
My expertise includes advanced endoscopic surgery, skull base surgery, and thyroid surgery. I have presented research and taught these techniques at international conferences.
 
Currently, I am organizing the Asian ORL 2025 conference to advance ENT practices in Southeast Asia.
