Dr. Ma. Lourdes Enecilla completed her residency training in Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at St. Luke’s Medical Center-Quezon City, Philippines.  She underwent additional training in Rhinology, Sinus Surgery, Skull Base Surgery, Smell and Taste under the Philippine Academy of Rhinology with rotations in various institutions abroad, namely, University of North Carolina in the USA (under Dr. Brent Senior), Seoul National University and Kyung Hee Medical Center in Seoul, South Korea, Siriraj Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand (under Prof. Pongsakorn Tantilipikorn) and University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (under Prof. Prepageran Narayanan).  She underwent additional training in Smell and Taste Evaluation and Management under Prof. Thomas Hummel at Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden, Germany.

She is a currently a Fellow of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, an international member of the American Rhinologic Society, and  a member of the ASEAN Rhinologic Society, Philippine Academy of Rhinology and the ARIA Philippines Working Group.   She is an active consultant of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in St. Luke’s Medical Center-Global City and Quezon City, Medical Center Taguig and Asian Hospital and Medical Center.  She is also an Assistant Professor at the St. Luke’s Medical Center-College of Medicine-WHQM, a member of the St. Luke’s Institutional Ethics Review Committee and an Associate Board Examiner of the Philippine Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
