To confirm your eligibility for the ASEAN rates, you will be required to submit an official letter from your hospital department. If your application is successful, you will receive an email notification to proceed with the payment.
Registration fee includes membership for the year 2025.

Submission of a registration online constitutes an official registration and intent to attend the Congress. Full payment must be received to gain entry to the Congress.
Payments can be made through Credit/Debit Card, PayNow, and Bank Transfer. Cheques, purchase orders, and cash are not accepted.

Registration confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact [email protected].
Due to limited seats available, registration for the workshops will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, on a first-come-first-served basis.
If circumstances change and you can no longer attend the Congress, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice by emailing [email protected].
Our cancellation policy is outlined below.
- A $150 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Kindly notify of your cancellation in writing to [email protected] on or before midnight SGT, Sunday, 23 February 2025.
- There will be no refunds given for any cancellations received after SGT, Sunday, 23 February 2025. This includes but is not limited to, failure to attend the conference because of illness, alteration or rescheduling of the Congress by the organiser, or due to events beyond the parties’ reasonable control, such as travel problems, natural disaster or weather emergency, civil unrest, epidemic, public health emergency (declared or undeclared), or an act of terrorism.
- For all cancellation requests (within the given cancellation period), the Secretariat will reach out to request your bank details and make the refund within 30 business days after the congress. The processing fees will be deducted from the refund and any bank charges will be borne by the attendee.
- Reminder: Cancelling your Congress registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their hotel and travel reservations.
